Radiographic testing is one of the most informative and reliable DNT methods. This method is overall used for diagnostic such facilities as pipelines of various diameters, metal constructions, technological equipment, products made from composites and so on.
Visual and measurement testing is performed to obtain initial information about the object under inspection (VMT). VMT is directed at testing of blank parts quality for melding and also evaluation of welded joints quality. External expertise is an integral part of technical diagnostics. It is performed not depending on using other DNT methods.

Basic by realization of thermal imaging testing is creation of apparatus facilities, providing transformation of the temperature distributing or infrared to the visible image. Realization of possibilities of thermal imaging testing, providing both the exposure of internal defects in different objects and effective decision of problem of «nightly vision», findings out the hidden or disguised objects or realization of searching measures are in difficult weather terms, stipulated creation of wide spectrum of thermal-imaging of apparatus facilities: portable, mobile, stationary.
Two basic tasks of diagnostics of using aggregates decide by vibration diagnostic: recognition of the state of using aggregate and exposure of reasons and terms, defiant disrepairs which it is necessary to remove.
Magnetic particle testing (MPT) is high on the list in the system of non-destructive testing methods. This is due to its high-speed response to surface and subsurface defects, simplicity, flexibility and clear presentation of testing results.
Coating thickness measurement is intended for thickness measurement of non-magnetic dielectric coatings, such as lacquers, paints and other dielectrics, or conducting non-magnetic coatings, such as zinc, chrome, aluminum, copper etc., applied on ferromagnetic foundation. Thickness measurement is performed in laboratory and shop-floor conditions, at enterprises of machine-building, electric-power, radio electronics and other industries.
Methods of nondestructive testing

“ARDCON LLP” was established in 2015. The company is an independent expert panel and has its own non-destructive testing laboratory. In 2017, metal welding and testing laboratory hold accreditation in accordance with GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2009. The laboratory is supplied with advanced equipment for non-destructive testing, and has extensive facilities and regulatory base, and specializes in providing services for industrial safety and product quality control in hazardous industrial facilities, such as chemical and refining industry pipelines, gas pipelines, pressure vessels, oil-storage tanks, heating and hot-water boilers, hoisting equipment and products of other industries. The following methods of non-destructive testing are used: ultrasonic inspection of polyethylene and metal pipes, ultrasonic thickness measurement, radiographic, visual and dimensional, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, eddy current and heat monitoring inspection methods, vibration monitoring, leak detection etc. Mobile testing laboratory is based at the testing laboratory. It provides an opportunity to perform worldwide testing in locations of test units.

Company staff includes experts certified with the II and III levels of expert examination and non-destructive inspection.
