5 easy steps to train your employees:
We offer you training services in the following areas:
Industrial Safety
All workers who organize or directly carry out work at hazardous production facilities must complete industrial safety training.
Such training is necessary in order to increase the level of knowledge of safety requirements when working with hazardous facilities, and to reduce the risk of incidents and accidents.
The results of knowledge testing are documented in protocols. Knowledge test protocols are saved until the next knowledge test. Persons who have passed the exams are issued certificates of a single sample established by the authorized body in the field of industrial safety, signed by the chairman of the examination committee.
Fire technical minimum
Any violations of fire safety requirements that may affect the possibility of a fire or its consequences are easier and cheaper to prevent than to eliminate their consequences.
Fire-technical minimum (PTM) is the minimum required level of knowledge of fire safety requirements that all employees of organizations and enterprises must have.
PTM — a conditional stock of basic knowledge in the field of fire safety, necessary for the implementation of professional activities by employees of enterprises. Every employee (especially in production or at a facility with a large number of people) must undergo such training. Employees receive this training both on-the-job (in specialized training centers) and on-the-job (in the organization or enterprise itself).
Occupational safety and health
Occupational safety and health is a set of measures necessary to protect workers during the performance of tasks assigned by the employer. On average, about 1,200 accidents occur at enterprises in Kazakhstan per year, with a fatal outcome — about 180 people.
The reasons are often: failure to provide safe working conditions, failure to train and instruct employees, violation of safety and labor protection rules, failure to provide individual and collective protection equipment, special clothing and special shoes.
Electrical safety
The procedure for training in electrical safety at enterprises is regulated By the rules of technical operation of electrical installations and other regulations on labor protection. The main purpose of training is to preserve the life and health of employees and the safety of the company’s inventory. There are 5 groups of electrical safety permits in total:
Group I — applies to non-electrical personnel, i.e. personnel who do not directly operate electrical installations, but who encounter electrical installations in the course of performing their official duties. The assignment of this group is made by conducting a briefing, which ends with a test of knowledge in the form of an oral survey and (if necessary) checking the acquired skills of safe ways of working.
Groups II and III — work with power grids and equipment with a voltage of up to 1000V is allowed. Group 2 is assigned to non-electrical personnel. The specialist must have a specialized education and experience working with electrical installations for up to 2 months.Group 3 implies responsibility for the safe operation of electrical equipment. To get the third group of admission, you need experience working on installations in the second group. An employee with the 3rd group has the right to independently connect or inspect electrical installations up to 1000 volts. Groups IV and V — it is allowed to work with power grids and equipment with voltage up to and above 1000V.Group 4 of the electrical safety permit requires a specialist to have knowledge in the scope provided for in the previous three groups. The duties of an employee who has this access group include issuing orders and orders to perform work in installations up to and above 1000 volts. Group 5 provides for the maximum degree of employee responsibility. The specialist is required to be able to perform all types of work in electrical installations and the ability to manage these works. In some cases, it is responsible for the electrical system.
