The Training Center of LLP “ARDCON” is accredited by the Committee for Industrial Development and Industrial Safety of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and has the right to train and retrain specialists and employees in the field of industrial safety.

Qualified Instructors: Our instructors constantly update their knowledge and keep up with the latest changes in the laws of Kazakhstan regulating work at industrial enterprises.

Modern Equipment: The training room is equipped with a wide range of informational modules, modern technology, mannequins, and personal and collective protective equipment, making the training more convenient and illustrative.

• Training Programs: Programs are developed for both engineering and technical workers, as well as for manual labor employees (40 and 10 hours respectively), and are regularly updated and expanded.

  Training in the following areas:

Industrial Safety

      Training is required for all employees who organize or directly perform work at hazardous production sites, in order to reduce the risk of incidents and accidents. After passing the exams, certificates of the unified sample are issued.

Fire Safety Minimum (PTM):

Fire safety training for all employees of organizations and enterprises, especially those working in places with a large number of people or on industrial sites.

Occupational Health and Safety:

A set of measures to ensure employee safety during work. Includes training on safe working conditions, provision of protective equipment, and conducting briefings.

Electrical Safety:

Training in electrical safety according to labor protection regulations. Includes 5 safety groups for working with electrical networks and equipment with voltages up to and over 1000V.

Vocational Training:

Training for various trades such as welder, machine operator, concrete worker, locksmith, rigger, and others, which guarantees employment and qualifications improvement.
